About the Role

The Sales Enablement Program Manager is responsible for supporting the launch of new products or enhancements through multiple communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring upcoming product enhancements through an agile release tracker and partnering with product teams, product marketing, and commercial teams to effectively communicate new product and feature releases.

  • Collaborating with other subject matter experts to create internal sales enablement resources to drive knowledge transfer and instill salesforce confidence. This includes the creation of playbooks, demo scripts, battlecards, product rollouts, and more that align with our global sales methodology.

*Ensuring onboarding materials are up to date with latest product enhancements

  • Overseeing a content management system to maximize the user experience, drive engagement, and help ensure resources available to our sellers are current

*Educating business partners on the effectiveness of internal and customer-facing collateral through the tracking and reporting of resource utilization

  • Designing, developing, and implementing process improvements and innovation for an enterprise-wide sales communication channel

*Supporting global sales enablement initiatives that may include deploying traditional upskilling programs

Requirements

  • 5+ years sales experience. Prior Sales Enablement experience and an advanced degree is preferred.

  • Possess solid business acumen and understanding of the sales process and B2B buying engagements

  • Be proficient in latest enablement trends, technologies, tactics, and methodologies that enhance rep productivity and effectiveness

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner

  • Be adept at project management, cross-functional collaboration, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities at any given time

  • Be initiative-taking and highly driven to produce results in a fast-paced agile environment
