The role focuses on designing software architecture to meet technical and business needs, collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and create efficient solutions.Responsibilities include setting technical standards, guiding implementation, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Developing, designing, and govern the overall structure, framework, andarchitecture of software applications, ensuring alignment with businessobjectives and scalability for future growth
Collaborating with stakeholders and development teams to gather andanalyze requirements, understanding functional and non-functional needs toinform architectural decisions
Evaluating and select appropriate technologies, tools, frameworks, andmethodologies best suited for the software's development, considering factorssuch as performance, security, and maintainability.
Defining and establish coding standards, architectural patterns, and bestpractices to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across softwaredevelopment projects
Creating comprehensive architectural documentation, including designspecifications, diagrams, and guidelines, facilitating understanding andimplementation for development teams
Researching industry advancements and building alliances to explore ways to leverage and advance our technical opportunities
Requirements
Have a decade of Software Engineering experience
Have excellent Azure/AWS Cloud experience, as well as some cloud architecture experience
Experience in designing and creating scalable, maintainable, high-performing software architectures for complex applications
Demonstrate experience in designing and implementing front -end architectures and APIs, understanding RESTful and GraphQL principles, and integrating applications with various external servicesand APIs
Have a deep understanding and application of architectural patterns like MVC, MVVM, Microservices, Serverless, and others
Experience with DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform,Ansible).
Have experience in working closely with engineering teams, driving through engineering best practices as well as managing change through modernization.
