UX Writer & Conversation Designer

About the Role

As the UX Writer & Conversation Designer at LNIP, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our products. From crafting clear and engaging copy to designing intuitive conversation flows for our generative AI experience, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to elevate our offerings and delight our users.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain consistent tone, voice, and style for all written content within LNIP products.

  • Documenting conversational design, dialog flows, wireframes and templates to improve conversational designs, architecture and strategy.

  • Collaborate with various teams to understand user needs and pain points, incorporating insights into content and conversation design.

  • Ensure alignment of UX writing and conversation design with overall product goals and user experience objectives.

  • Drive the creation and maintenance of the LNIP Content Style Guide.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our UX writing and conversation design efforts.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Linguistics, HCI, or related field.

  • Several years’ experience in UX writing for content design, preferably in a tech-focused environments;

  • Some experience in conversation design for chatbots, or other conversational interfaces;

  • Strong writing and editing skills;

  • Knowledge of industry tools and platforms;

  • Collaborations and communication skills;

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
