RELX INC Inclusion & Diversity Coordinator in Manila, Philippines

The Global I&D Program Coordinator is responsible for working closely with the RELX I&D Leaders to manage the administration and logistics of Inclusion & Diversity programs across RELX globally and to provide I&D reporting.

Accountabilities:

  • Works closely with the RELX I&D Leaders to create a project and delivery plan for all RELX-wide I&D portfolio initiatives (ex. Unconscious Bias, Psychological Safety, Inspiring Inclusion, ERG Enablement)

  • Manages relationships with vendors, internal and external facilitators, and I&D team members to ensure all program logistics are planned and executed to meet or exceed standards of delivery.

  • Maximizes the systems and technologies (e.g., Learning Management System, Intranet/Sharepoint sites) that support the RELX I&D portfolio delivery and participates in meetings to identify LMS enhancements and serve as the primary point of contact for the LMS system for course setup, registration and other LMS functions and queries.

  • Ensures divisions apply recommended practices to deploy RELX I&D programs for consistent and reliable results.

  • Manages the process to regularly evaluate and report impact across the RELX I&D portfolio using metrics such as participation, program quality, and cost.

  • Supports the RELX I&D budgeting process and manages invoicing and payment for vendors and ensures business units and functions are cross charged appropriately. Identifies best practices or opportunities to make delivery more cost-efficient.

  • Maintains main library of key RELX I&D content and materials with appropriate backup to ensure disaster recovery.

  • Partners with the RELX I&D leadership team to coordinate the annual needs analysis and demand planning exercise for I&D programs.

  • Provides regular and on demand reporting for core RELX I&D processes.

  • Documents and maintains support materials for core RELX I&D processes.

  • Assists with organization and planning for RELX I&D events such as the Inspiring Inclusion series and annul RELX conference.

  • Delivers an exceptional candidate experience for our training and education events through supporting employees with their training enrolment needs, managing all pre and post training communications, survey the impact of training and events (e.g. post event evaluations).

  • Assists with RELX projects such as the Self ID program launch.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in mid/night shift

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • 3+ years related experience in learning and talent development co-ordination, delivery, program management, or other relevant experience

  • Experience of digital learning platforms and working with different content providers

  • Proficient with MS Office Applications

  • Proficient in Excel and email

  • Experience of working with a multi-national global company preferred

  • Experience in tools/platforms like Zendesk, Udemy, and Percipio is an advantage
