About the Role

This role is responsible for driving new revenue across our portfolio of print and eBook products supporting the LexisNexis US eCommerce Store. Our team is agile, collaborative, and high performing. We are recruiting for a new Marketing Manager on the US Print Marketing Team to be a part of our exciting journey at LexisNexis!

This essential role on the US Print and Digital Solutions Marketing Team will support the planning and execution of overarching campaigns driving POS revenue on the LexisNexis US eCommerce Store. This is an individual contributor role with exciting opportunities to lead projects cross-functionally. We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented marketer who will be able to manage marketing support for the eCommerce Store, assist with digital ad campaigns, oversee PPC and SEO efforts and support our retention program. This role will build relationships with their counterparts in editorial, sales and product management, technology, customer support, and more. This candidate will be analytically minded and able to report program success based on metrics, including impressions, CTR and POS revenue.

Primary Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership of campaign planning and execution including developing campaign objectives, budget and goals, creating marketing content and leading creative needs discussion with teammates, coordinating and executing against campaign and tactical plans, and tracking to campaign goals.

  • Ability to effectively and efficiently use a variety of resources, tools and budget to execute eCommerce, PPC, SEO, marketing and sales support tactics.

  • Own reporting and analysis on eCommerce and marketing programs, including metrics aligned to campaign effectiveness, eCommerce orders, lead generation, and ROI.

  • Assist team members with digital ad campaign implementation and guidance.

  • Oversee account-based marketing tactics and results supporting broad retention efforts.

  • Test, measure, and optimize programs and tactics on an ongoing basis to meet and exceed goals.

  • Forge strong partnership with PPC/Digital ad platforms/agencies, Marketing team colleagues, Editorial, Technology, Customer Support, eCommerce administration and Product Management teams to drive outcomes together.

  • Partner closely with the Sales Team to ensure Marketing is providing innovative, revenue-generating programs to achieve Marketing and Sales goals.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.

  • Project, budget, and time management skills in the context of handling multiple marketing campaigns, priorities, and tasks simultaneously.

  • 3+ years’ experience including but not limited to PPC, SEO, and digital advertising. Some graphic design experience welcome but not necessary.

  • Strong work ethic with best in class marketing, eCommerce, demand generation, and channel experience with a B2B publishing or legal company.

  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with a variety of roles, from graphic designers to sales representatives.

  • Ability to work autonomously, when necessary, in a virtual work environment, while maintaining connectivity with our Team.

  • Familiarity with the sales cycle and how to employ marketing strategies to drive website traffic, improve conversions and accelerate growth.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to strategize and analyze program effectiveness and ROI.

  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Monday.com, Salesforce, Account Engagement (Pardot), Meta, Criteo, AdRoll, Taboola, Agility, SourceKnowledge, and other Digital Ad platforms - experience with some or all tools is a plus!

  • Must have a positive and flexible attitude for working in a fast-paced environment and be able to build strong relationships across various departments and functions.
