RELX INC Marketing Analyst II in New York, New York

This essential role on the US Print and Digital Solutions Marketing Team will support the planning and execution of campaigns supporting lead generation and sales support for the LexisNexis Digital Library, LexisNexis Inmate Law Libraries and across a product portfolio for Law School adoption. This is an individual contributor role with exciting opportunities to lead projects cross-functionally. We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented marketer who will be able to manage marketing campaigns, budgets, support sales initiatives and build relationships with their counterparts in editorial, sales and product management. This candidate will be analytically minded and able to report program success based on metrics, including contacts, leads, impressions, CTR and POS revenue.

Primary Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership of campaign planning and execution including developing campaign objectives, budget and goals, creating marketing content and leading creative needs discussion with teammates, coordinating and executing against campaign and tactical plans, and tracking to campaign goals.

  • Ability to effectively and efficiently use a variety of resources and tools to execute marketing and sales support tactics.

  • Own reporting and analysis on account-based marketing programs, including metrics aligned to campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and ROI.

  • Test, measure, and optimize programs and tactics on an ongoing basis to meet and exceed goals.

  • Forge strong partnership with Marketing team colleagues, Editorial, Customer Support, and Product Management teams to drive outcomes together.

  • Partner closely with the Sales Team to ensure Marketing is providing innovative, lead-generating and usage and POS-driven programs to achieve Marketing and Sales goals.

    Knowledge & Skills

  • Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.

  • Project, budget, and time management skills in the context of handling multiple marketing campaigns, priorities, and tasks simultaneously.

  • 1-2+ years’ experience including but not limited to copywriting, email marketing, social media marketing, SEO, and digital advertising.

  • Best in class marketing, demand generation, and channel experience with a B2B publishing or legal company.

  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with a variety of roles, from graphic designers to sales representatives.

  • Ability to work autonomously, when necessary, in a virtual work environment while maintaining connectivity with our Team.

  • Familiarity with the sales cycle and how to employ marketing strategies to drive website traffic and accelerate growth.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to strategize and analyze program effectiveness and ROI.

  • Experience with Salesforce, Account Engagement (Pardot), Monday.com, and Google Analytics - experience with some or all tools is a plus!

  • Must have a positive and flexible attitude for working in a fast-paced environment and be able to build strong relationships across various departments and functions.
