As the EROD Segment Director, you will lead the business development direction of the EROD Team. You will be responsible for the financial success of business unit and will identify, develop, and execute on key strategic and operational opportunities.You will will work closely with the segment leaders and product leaders to inform, design, and implement metrics to meet the commercial team’s business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the development and execution of the segment’s pricing and packaging strategies to maximize our product penetration and revenue growth

  • Developing and defining tactical sales plans for the segment and drive action by collaboratively working with a network of peers.

  • Defining best in class management reporting metrics used by Senior Leadership to monitor Key Performance Indicators

  • Reviewing and monitoring the market area financial performance on a continuing basis.

  • Leading a team of sales support professionals that facilitate operational support for the segment

  • Developing and executing implementation plans for the adoption of new sales technology across the sales organization

  • Gaining insights with data collection from the sales team and review of competitor’s go-to-market strategy. Making recommendations on how we can win by assisting in Sales strategy development.

  • Ensuring skills of our sales professionals are in line with the demands of the marketplace and company sales objectives

Requirements

  • Possess a college degree and proven success of related data analysis experience

  • Possess skills including business acumen, strategic planning, creativity, highly developed leadership, interpersonal skills, and outstanding communication skills

  • Possess technical and professional knowledge of operating in a commercial or strategy role

  • Have understanding of key business drivers in the legal technology market

  • Demonstrate solid project management experience with excellent problem-solving skills

  • Have the ability to work effectively across a matrix organization to drive projects to completion

  • Have great Excel, PowerPoint Tableau, Salesforce, Google Analytics and Microsoft Access skills
