They lead a team, contribute to business plans and strategies, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Leading and directing a team of professionals in the delivery of consulting and professional services

• Contributing to the development and execution of functional business plans

• Providing leadership and direction to ensure alignment with organizational priorities

• Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure efficient service delivery

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business strategies and priorities

• Monitoring and evaluating performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Have extensive experience in consulting or professional services

• Possess exceptional leadership and team management skills

• Be adept at developing and executing business plans

• Demonstrate strategic thinking and decision-making abilities

• Have a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and performance improvement

• Be proficient in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Be adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
