About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the production of content for the medical safety e-learning program "SafetyPlus". The mission of this position is to improve customer satisfaction with SafetyPlus by working closely with internal and external stakeholders and taking responsibility for the production and execution of the work.
Responsibilities
Production of contents for the medical safety e-learning program "SafetyPlus
Quality control of contents (videos and texts)
Improvement of content production flow and operational efficiency
Management of authors, supervisors, and vendors
Dissemination of information to customers
Collaboration with stakeholders (including presentations)
Requirements
Medical editor, including video content, or equivalent work experience
Experience in producing and managing the progress of online content
Fluent Japanese and Intermediate English language skills (reading, writing, speaking) TOEIC 600 or above preferred but not mandatory
Intermediate PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Nursing experience or licensing welcome but not mandatory
Bachelors degree or higher
