About our TeamThe role supervises the Accountant, Accounts Receivable Officer, Accounts Payable and the Cash receiptor position. Supervisor will assist in coaching, planning and ensuring that it’s direct reports have completed all their tasks and are meeting all deadlines.

About the RoleAs a Accounting Supervisor, you will oversee and assist the Accounting team to meet deadlines, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the Accountant, Accounts Receivable Officer, Accounts Payable, and Cash Receiptor positions

• Coaching and planning to ensure completion of tasks and meeting deadlines

• Working with the Finance Manager and Finance Team to service show teams and prepare reporting

• Supporting the development of the Finance team and monitoring their systems and work practices

• Providing daily support to FPA Korea, Event teams, and Senior Finance Manager

• Communicating effectively and providing timely information to the finance manager and director

• Providing data on actual performance for Event P&L’s, Overheads, and the Balance sheet

• Assisting in the design of financial reporting and analytical systems

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.

• Demonstrate extensive expertise in Accounting/Finance and a proven track record of senior-level commercial accounting experience.

• Have experience in using ERP systems

• Demonstrate effective communication skills across different functions and at all levels

• Have experience in people management
